Most things can be handled from inside the app — reporting content, blocking accounts, and deleting your own. The answers below cover the rest.
Common questions
How do scores work?
There are no star ratings. You answer "which of these two would you rather go back to?" a few times, and a score falls out of where the place lands in your list. A place's overall score is built from everyone's lists.
How do I report a post, comment, or user?
Every post and comment has a Report option in its menu, and every profile can be reported or blocked. Blocking hides the two of you from each other entirely. Reports are reviewed promptly — objectionable content is typically actioned within 24 hours.
How do I delete my account?
Profile → Delete account, in the app. It permanently removes your profile and everything you posted.
A place is missing or wrong.
Search for it by name — if OpenStreetMap knows it, you can add it from the search results in one tap. If the details are wrong, report the place from its page and tell us what's off.
Why does the app ask for my location?
Only to sort study spots by distance and show what's nearby. It's optional — search works without it — and we don't keep a history of where you've been. Details in the privacy policy.
